a) Water – The Wise Leader is like water. Just like water purifies everything, without judging, it goes beneath the surface and clears all dirt. Similarly, a leader should be yielding just like water. He should be looking out for solutions, deeply listen to all, and always work for the benefit of all, without differentiating people with low pay. He/She should be as flexible as water, where he can set himself amongst any people, new work settings, without complaints. He/She should be there to address any problems and intervene in case of conflicts, shedding light and harmony.
b) Good Group Leader – Success breeds success, fame breeds fame. A successful leader should be down to earth and stay grounded with all the success. Normally, as fame and money come, the teacher outshines the teaching. This is a strict red flag for a wise leader. The leader does good work and then backs down, as he needs to give the floor to his team to outshine. This is the trait of a wise leader.
c) Unbiased Leadership – Can you stay calm when adversities strike your organization without getting into favouritism? Can you be unbiased in your own opinion without taking sides? Can you deal with an emotional issue without succumbing to favouritism? Are your emotional issues clarified? Can you remain open and receptive, no matter what issues arise?
